Plain disclaimer. This is education and habit coaching. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment or therapy, and it does not replace your own clinician. Charles will not give individual diagnosis or treatment advice here. If you think you have an emergency, call 911. No outcome is guaranteed.
What it is

A cohort, not a course you watch alone.

Many followers ask Charles for health coaching. This cohort is the group answer: you learn together, practice every week, and leave with a plan. It teaches habits, health education and how to navigate care. It does not diagnose or treat anyone.

Small and live

A capped group so Charles can see who is stuck and everyone gets heard.

One action a week

Every lesson ends with a small step you can do in the next seven days.

Plain and responsible

Real ER experience, clear language, and a firm line between education and medical care.

Who it is for

You, if you want a plan and a push.

A good fit

  • You want steady daily habits and keep starting over
  • You want to understand how care works and ask better questions
  • You learn better with a group and a weekly deadline
  • You can join most live sessions or watch the replay

Not the right fit

  • You want a diagnosis or treatment advice for a condition
  • You are looking for therapy or crisis support
  • You want a guaranteed result
  • You cannot spend about an hour a week
Weekly curriculum

Eight weeks, one idea each.

  1. Your real baselineMap an ordinary day, then choose one keystone habit to start with. Small and specific beats big and vague.
  2. Sleep and wind-down habitsWhat research and plain experience say about routines that protect rest, and how to build yours around a real schedule.
  3. Food, water and busy-day plansPractical habits for eating and hydrating when your day is unpredictable. Education, not a diet prescription.
  4. Movement you will keepPick movement that fits your life and your own clinician guidance, and make it the easy default.
  5. Stress, energy and burnout cyclesRecognize the habit loops that drain you, and swap in small resets you can do at work or home.
  6. Navigating care with confidenceHow to prepare for appointments, ask better questions, understand what an ER visit is for, and keep your own records.
  7. Make it stickEnvironment, reminders, accountability and what to do after a slip. Design for the bad week, not the best one.
  8. Your 90 day planPull it together into a plan you own, review what worked, and choose your next step.
